Contract Manufacturing for Robotics
From prototype to production. We handle BOM sourcing, vendor management, assembly, QA, and shipping — so you focus on building your product.
The Problem: Hardware Timelines Kill Robotics Companies
If you lose one component, you cannot run your test. Every week of delay is a week your competitors are collecting data and shipping product.
6-8 Week Lead Times
Critical components from Chinese manufacturers take weeks or months to arrive through standard channels. By the time parts show up, your demo window has closed.
Vendor Management Is a Full-Time Job
Managing dozens of Chinese suppliers across different platforms, payment systems, and communication styles burns engineering time that should go toward your product.
One Delayed Part Blocks Everything
Your robot needs 50 components to run a test. If one motor or one sensor is stuck in transit, the entire test is blocked. Your team sits idle.
Hidden Friction Everywhere
QA failures discovered after shipping. Customs holds. Currency exchange losses. Certification gaps. Each one adds days and costs that compound across every order.
What We Do
Three services, one partner. Robotics Center (Silicon Valley) + Future Factory (Shenzhen) = your hardware operations team.
Expedited Components
Wuji Hand, AgileX Piper and NERO arms, Damiao motors, RealSense cameras, tactile sensors, and more. We ship from our Shenzhen warehouse every Monday. Get parts in as few as 10 days.
Standard timeline available at 5-10% below competitor pricing for bulk and planned procurement.
Full Contract Manufacturing
We become your CM. You give us the spec, we handle everything: BOM sourcing across 100+ verified vendors in China, component procurement, assembly, quality assurance, certification, and shipping to the US.
5 active CM customers. 10 staff in China. Full US entity with responsibility for delivery.
Factory Tours & Vendor Matching
Cohorts every 2 months. We take American robotics founders to factories in Shenzhen. Visit production lines, meet vendors, build direct relationships with the right manufacturers for your product.
3 years working with hundreds of Chinese factories. We know who to trust and who to avoid.

Common Questions
How fast can you get me parts?
Emergency orders ship from Shenzhen every Monday and arrive in as few as 10 days (air freight). Standard orders take 4-6 weeks via sea freight. We quote exact timelines for your specific BOM.
What is the minimum order?
No minimum for expedited components. For contract manufacturing, we typically work with BOMs of $5,000+ but will quote anything. Single prototypes and 1,000-unit production runs both welcome.
Do you handle customs and import?
Yes. We are a US entity and handle all customs clearing, import documentation, tariff classification, and currency exchange. You receive a single invoice in USD.
Can you source components not on your catalog?
Yes. If it is manufactured in China and used in robotics, we can likely source it. Our network covers 100+ verified vendors across motors, sensors, actuators, frames, electronics, and packaging.
What quality assurance do you provide?
Every order goes through incoming inspection, functional testing, and packaging verification at our Shenzhen facility before shipping. For CM projects, we implement custom QA protocols matched to your specifications.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before discussing proprietary designs, BOMs, or manufacturing specifications. Your IP stays yours.
What are the factory tours?
Every 2 months, we organize a cohort trip to Shenzhen. American robotics founders visit factories, meet vendors face-to-face, and build direct relationships. We handle logistics, translation, and introductions. Contact us for the next cohort dates.
